Sonictest Internet Ltd has been operating in Estonia for 25 years on the basis of fibre optics and radio connections.
This is a fixed-location radio and/or cable connection, which you can use by having a receiving set with CAT5e cabling installed on your aerial or by having an optical cable brought into your room.
For addresses receiving a gigabit connection under the third broadband measure mediated by RTK and financed by the EU Regeneration Fund, the connection fee is 200.- including km. The measure will provide the opportunity to connect eligible addresses to a technology-neutral fibre network with gigabit speeds.
Hire of fibres in the transmission network:
- Fee for renting a fibre 0,026 EUR/jm + km per 1 fibre per month.
- Transmission fibre connection fee: 600.- EUR + km

Hire of fibre pairs on a gigabit access network for MDF customer connections:
The price includes the fibre pair from MDF to the client and is technology neutral and physically isolated on both ends with terminated connectors: (CWDM,DWDM, XGS-PON, Gigabit ethernet).

OÜ Sonictest statistical data on quality of communication service indicators 2022. in 2022:
In 2022, OÜ Sonictest transmitted TB data to its customers via the 98948672 network.
The average time elapsed from the moment of submission of an application under § 93(1) of the Electronic Communications Act until the end-user has access to the communications service, if a physical connection is established for the provision of the communications service. Only 95% of the fastest cases – 7 working days – are counted in the time list;
number of fault reports received divided by the number of end-users – 0.05;
average time taken to rectify a fault from the moment of receipt of the fault report to the moment when the possibility to re-establish the communication service is given, taking into account the time taken in the list of the fastest 95% of cases – 4 hours.
The Communications Undertaking is obliged to make publicly available the following information when providing Internet services:
1) the data communication protocols that are or are not allowed:
the IPv4 protocol and the IPv6 protocol are allowed.
2) Data ports that are or are not allowed:
All ports are allowed except TCP/UDP ports used by known viruses and Trojan software to prevent the spread of viruses.
